Surprisingly a lot of depth, it's a 2D RTS which is fine, you don't notice once you got your head in the game. The easy setting is crazy easy with the exception of one or two missions. Might give the MP a go soon. For the price a nice little indie title. I'll probably have completed this soon, in the absence of any good market leading RTS games this little puppy fills the gap.. Not enough hotkeys, basicaly played with one hand only which feels very wrong in an rts game.. Excellent game, would recommend to anyone who loves the original C&C style games, especially the Red Alert series. It seems simple at first, but it can be very in depth with choosing your reserach and deciding what type of army to build. The tactical map is probably my favorite part, as I have longed for a map that in depth (with grids, unit locations, forces, ect) and tracked the warfare live. You can zoom out, get some good SA on the battlefield, and then zoom in where you want back to the normal game.Balance is very well rounded, no massing one type of unit with no counter, every unit in this game, while seemingly OP, has a good counter, so no BS wins.Definitly worth the purchase, I got the 4 pack and me and my buddies play it every night, a good break from the monotony of the other games we play.. first of all - most epic music in an RTS game that i have ever heard - it really makes it quite enjoyable to play on this basis alone. The game is classic Total Annihilation style RTS - like the supreme commander games but it is far less system demanding.
